Description

The charming villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, near Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in Florentine Chianti. Florence historic centre is about 30 kilometres and a 30-minute drive from the villa. Siena is about 50 kilometres and within about 40 minutes by car of the property.
The villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting the whole Chianti area, with its famous wineries producing the homonymous red wine, San Gimignano, Volterra and many other places of historic and artistic interest in the region.

The owners of the villa live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The garden surrounding the villa is equipped with table, chairs, a masonry barbecue and a table-tennis table for dining and have pleasant times in the open air.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.20-2.20 m) a few metres from the house is fully fenced and exclusively reserved to guests.
