Description

The villa, an ancient farmhouse split into four apartments, is located in the heart of Arezzo countryside, in Upper Valdarno, just a few kilometres from Terranuova Bracciolini.

Thanks to its geographical location, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangelo, the whole Chianti region and the picturesque villages of Casentino.

The villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in close contact to nature immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, rich in vineyards. Fashion lovers looking for the most prestigious brands can visit the outlet village a few kilometres from the property. Guests will also have the opportunity to discover the surrounding countryside on foot, by bike or on horseback.


The Outdoors

The farmhouse is immersed in a wide park in which lies the private swimming pool (60 sq. mt.) equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

A barbecue is at guests' disposal in the garden.

Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building split into four independent apartments; in total, it sleeps 16 guests in 5 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single sofa bed and has 7 bathrooms.
The sofa bed is in the living room of one of the apartments.
Three bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom.
The laundry is at guests' disposal in a separated room.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool bathtub, barbecue, Internet connection, radio and CD player, TV set, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
Cooking lessons and visits to nearby wineries and dairies are arranged upon request.
