Description

The country house is set in a very peaceful area in Umbria countryside, just a few kilometres from the charming town of Orvieto (Terni), in the heart of central Italy.

The most beautiful towns in Umbria - Todi, Narni, Perugia, Foligno and Spoleto - as well as many tourist destinations in southern Tuscany - Siena, the Val d'Orcia, San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme, Pienza, Montalcino, Arezzo, Cortona and Montepulciano - are easily reached by car. Lake Bolsena is a few dozen kilometres from the property.

A pond for fishing is in proximity to the villa.

A fully fenced garden surrounds the house.

The private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 0.90-1.70 m) equipped with parasols and sun loungers is exclusively reserved to guests.

An outdoor area is equipped for having meals in the open air.

A masonry barbecue is at guests' disposal.
