Description
The small villa is situated in San Godenzo (Florence), in Valdisieve, in the heart of the so-called Montagna Fiorentina. The windows and the garden afford a wonderful view of the valley below and the forests of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
In proximity to the villa are the National Park of Casentino Forests and Lake Bilancino, which allow guests to have long walks in the forests of the Tuscan mountains and to practice water sports even far from the sea. Wine and good food lovers can visit the wineries in the area where Chianti Rufina is produced and taste Mugello gastronomic specialties.
A few kilometres from the villa are is the archaeological site of Frascole, where many Etruscan finds have been brought to light, whereas Florence historic centre is easily reached by train.

The small villa and the annexed cottage are surrounded by a fully fenced garden where lies a small whirlpool swimming pool (3x3 m; depth: 0.90 m) sitting 4 people.

Sehr schöne Lage, ausgezeichnete Betreuung, sehr sauber - jederzeit wieder.

Facilities were ok and the landscapes beautiful . We would have liked a lump Sum price instead of all the added costs for wifi, electricity, gas and end cleaning.

Geniale Aussicht auf die Gebirgszüge. Nicht ganz ruhig, da die örtliche Jugend sich auf dem Sportplatz in ca 50m Entfernung bis spät in die Nacht amüsiert (Fenster zumachen hilft). Super Gegend, das Haus ist traumhaft, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr nett.

The house is great!! Also the garden and jacuzzi are amazing. We had everything we needed :) The only thing that's tricky is that it looks like the wrong address was on the confirmation voucher, so it was very difficult to find. But once you have arrived, the fun and relaxing can begin.
