In the garden are the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (9x4.5 m; depth: 1.20 m).

The small villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 4+2 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, and has 1 bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a half bathroom.

The living room on the ground floor has a direct access to a loggia furnished with outdoor furniture.

The first floor is accessed either through an indoor corkscrew staircase or an outdoor staircase.
