Description
The small villa is situated in Cala Piccola, a few kilometres from Porto Santo Stefano and just 1 kilometre from the private beach, which in the summer is reached with a dedicated shuttle service.
Immersed in a wide garden rich in plants typical of the Mediterranean maquis, the building stands in one of the most beautiful areas of Argentario promontory.
The windows of the villa afford a wonderful view
The villa is part of residential complex. A bar and restaurant service is at guests' disposal.
The ancient Spanish fortresses in Porto Ercole and Orbetello lagoon with its wonderful nature reserves are within a few kilometres of the small villa and are easily reached by car.
The Outdoors
The villa is surrounded by a wide garden and features a terrace furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs.
The terrace is furnished with a table for guests to have meals while admiring the breathtaking panorama and the barbecue equipment.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 4+2 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, dining area, living room with double sofa bed and one bathroom with shower.
On the lower ground floor are a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed and two bathrooms with shower.

The villa features private access to the beach, barbecue, satellite TV, oven, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher and private car parking place.
A maid service is available upon request.
A bar and restaurant service and a shuttle service are at guests' disposal. The shuttle service is available only in the summer.
