Description

The villa is situated in a particularly peaceful area on the hills of Val d'Orcia, at the border between Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria. The villa stands in panoramic position and its windows and garden command the marvellous surrounding countryside.

The building has been recently renovated and the cosy rooms featuring wood-beamed ceilings are furnished with good taste.

The villa is just a few kilometres from San Casciano dei Bagni thermal baths and is an excellent departure point for visiting Mount Amiata, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena and many other cities of art both in Tuscany and central Italy. A golf course is within less than 10 kilometres of the villa.

The owners of the villa live nearby and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a wide garden that commands the countryside. In the garden lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.40 m), exclusively reserved to guests.

The porch is furnished with table and chairs for guests to have their meals al fresco. In the porch is also the barbecue equipment.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and the dining room.
A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower are three steps up, whereas three steps down is the laundry room.
The first floor composes of living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

All of the rooms on the ground floor have a direct access to the garden.
The first floor is reached through an external staircase.
