Description

The villa is situated near Subbiano, a small village in the province of Arezzo, in Casentino. Immersed in the green landscape made of olive, cypress and oak trees, the villa stands in panoramic position 500 metres above sea level and has a wonderful view of the hills of Casentino.

Many tourist destinations in Tuscany and central Italy, including Arezzo, Cortona, the sanctuary of La Verna, Siena, Montalcino, Florence and Perugia are within easy car distance.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a garden provided with a night lighting system and by a paved terrace equipped with barbecue.

Next to the private swimming pool (5.40x12.20 m; depth: 0.70-1.80 m) that lies in the garden are a bathroom and an external shower with warm and cold water.

In the garden are also two tables for having meals al fresco, some chairs, deck chairs and sunshades and a table-football table.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building; it sleeps 12 people in 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 double sofa bed and 1 supplementary single bed, and has 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are the entry hall, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and an adjacent kitchenette, a living room with fireplace, a storeroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The under stair consists in a room that can be used a children`s playroom and a bathroom.
The first floor composes of a large room with a double sofa bed and access to the balcony, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
Under stairs is also a large room for lunches and dinners. The room is open only upon request and additional charges apply for its use.
A supplementary single bed is available upon request.
