Description

The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany, on one of the wonderful hills in the Florentine Chianti region, just 20 kilometres from Florence.

It is the ideal accommodation for relaxing holidays in a rural and cosy atmosphere. The surrounding region is dotted with castles, palaces, Romanesque churches and medieval villages.

The villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting many places of historical and artistic interest, including Vinci, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and Florence.

The recently renovated complex is divided into two apartments. The owners live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

A wide and fully equipped garden stretches around the building. The beautiful swimming pool (irregular form; maximum depth: 2.40 m) and the barbecue equipment are at guests' disposal in the garden.

Both apartments have a private a fully equipped outdoor area.


Accommodation

The villa is a one-storey building divided into two apartments; in total it sleeps 6+5 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 1 single sofa bed, and has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Apartment 1 sleeps 4+3 guests and composes of living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner and dining area, a double bedroom with a single sofa bed, a second double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a half bathroom.
Apartment 2 sleeps 2+2 guests and composes of living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.


Facilities

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, shared washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
Both apartments come with satellite TV, freezer and microwave oven.
A dish washer is only in the smaller of the two apartments.
A domestic help is available upon request.
