The beautiful villa stands at the centre of a 100-hectare farming estate situated on the hills that surround Vinci, the lovely village in central Tuscany that gave birth to the famous Leonardo.
Set in panoramic position and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the villa is the ideal accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.
Thanks to its strategic position at the centre of the region, the villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and many other Tuscan cities of art.
The Outdoors
The villa has a portion of fully fenced private garden of about one hectare where lies the private swimming pool (11x6 m; depth: 1.40 m).
A wide terrace with a veranda is furnished for dining al fresco.
The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.
Accommodation
The large villa furnished in the traditional Tuscan style is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms and has 5 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
On the ground floor are a large living room with a billiard table and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, laundry room, four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
