Description
The villa is situated in Montaione, in Valdelsa, halfway from Florence to Pisa . The villa stands in panoramic position and affords a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside.
Located in strategic position right at the centre of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent departure point for pleasant one-day trips to many renowned cities of art, including Florence , Siena , Pisa , Lucca , San Gimignano and Volterra .
Near the villa are a tennis club, a riding stable and a golf club.
The Outdoors
The complex is surrounded by a wide park divided into a pinewood, a botanic garden and an olive grove, where guests can have relaxing walks.
A few metres from the buildings is the private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 0.80-2.00 m), exclusively reserved to guests.
In the park are also a slide and swing for children, a table-tennis table, a barbecue area and some tables and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The complex composes of five apartments; it sleeps 17+2 guests in 5 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 quadruple bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, and has 5 bathrooms.
In detail, the villa composes of five kitchens, two living rooms (one with a double sofa bed), five double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, a quadruple bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and four bathrooms with shower (one with whirlpool shower).
All of the apartments come with a private outdoor area for having meals al fresco.

Fabulous stay lovely surroundings ideal for family holiday.owners seen daily if any issues. They provided a lovely Tuscan cookery class for free.overall great experience for family aged 4-88 with one wheelchair.only negative glasses and dishes need replaced as dishwasher damaged and mismatch of anything and everything.ps buy family's own oil.

Sehr tolle Anlage und perfeke, saubere und zweckmässig eingerichtete Häuser. Die Besitzer sind ganz tolle Leute, sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, hilfsbereit und grosszügig! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einzige Kritik: auf der Webseite sind die Wohnverhältnisse nicht so genau ersichtlich. Es wäre hilfreich die einzelnen Häuser und die Anzahl Betten pro Haus genauer zu zeigen. Ausserdem wäre fürs Verständnis ein Grundstückplan hilfreich. Es war uns nicht bewusst, dass die Häuser so sehr auf dem Grundstück verteilt sind, aber nachträglich empfanden wir es als sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank!

Très belle demeure avec un panorama magnifique et une piscine spacieuse et orientée plein soleil. Les commodités sont toutes proches avec un supermarché et des commerces sur Montaione. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. A recommander chaudement.

We are a family of 17 persons, aged from 72 to 1 years, celebrating 2 weeks in Villa Leccioni di Maris. The five apartment Villa was very suitable for the large family. The Villa contained all necessary equipment and facilities.The pool was very nice, well maintained and frequently cleaned by the owner. Areas and playground for children was also well available. Relatively short day trips to several interesting and historical cities (San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca etc. ) was also available. The close-by village Montaione was also frequently visited, and had nice restaurants and large grocery shops. The Maris family owners were very, very friendly and helpful, and provided us with all help, questions and information we requested, without any interference of our privacy during our stay. This was the 12th time we have hired a villa in Tuscany, and we range Villa Leccioni di Maris in the absolute top group. Per Ola & Turid(Norway)

The Maris Fanily were a lovely genuinely family. Communication was like a game of charades as I don't speak Italian! We managed to communicate fine though. I enjoyed the Villa and it is good for young kids with the play area, pool and table tennis. One thing that would help would be the provision of fans in each bedroom as some said they were hot in the top floor rooms. Also mosquito nets around every bed would really help as some were bitten during the night. I enjoyed my stay there.
