Description
The beautiful small villa stands in panoramic position on the hills of Valdisieve, south-east of Florence, close to Vallombrosa nature reserve. Florence historic centre is a few kilometres from the property and is easily reached both by car and by train.
The elegantly and comfortably furnished building has frescoed walls. Some rooms feature brick and beamed ceilings.
The Outdoors
A panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding hills is furnished with a gazebo, a table and chairs for having meals al fresco.
The private swimming pool (7.50x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) exclusively reserved to guests stretches on a second terrace.
A masonry barbecue is at guests' disposal outdoor.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are the living room with a direct access to the panoramic terrace and the dining area with kitchen corner.
The lower floor composes of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The floor is accessed from the outdoors.
A studio flat consisting of living area with kitchen corner, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower is accessed only from the outdoors.

Great Villa for families and couples, a lot of space and a much needed swimming pool (35 degrees on our holiday). Staff was really nice and warm, and always happy to help (fast). We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this villa and its staff.

The house was amazing itself and the location was perfect. Marco was really helpful and friendly and made sure that our stay extremely enjoyable.
