The property is immersed in the vegetation typical of the Tuscan coast and is the ideal lodging for holidays in the utmost privacy in close contact with nature.

Several nature reserves are within a few kilometres of the property. Important places of tourist interest, such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa and Colle Val d'Elsa, are easily reached by car.


The Outdoors

A large fully fenced garden equipped with a barbecue surrounds the house.

The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m) is fenced and exclusively reserved to guests. Next to the swimming pool stands a small wooden bower.

A large pergola is equipped for having meals al fresco.

In detail, it composes of a living area with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a beautiful room with a glass window that can be used as a winter garden room, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with shower) and a second bathroom with shower.
