Description

The beautiful villa is perched in a very quiet and panoramic location on the hills of Chianti, near the towns of Certaldo and Montespertoli and just a few kilometres from Florence and its widely renowned monuments.

The garden and the swimming pool afford extensive views of the surrounding countryside. The towers of San Gimignano are to be seen in the distance.
San Gimignano, Certaldo, Florence, the whole Chianti Classico region, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and many other places of tourist interest are within short driving distance.

The cosily furnished country house is the result of the careful restoration of an ancient barn.


The Outdoors

A wide and well-kept garden stretches around the building.

The private swimming pool (12x4 m; depth: 1.20-1.80 m) is exclusively reserved to guests. An external shower is by the poolside.

An external kitchen equipped with electric stove and barbecue is in the garden.

A covered terrace in front of the kitchen and the dining area is furnished for having meals in the open air.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 3 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are a living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen corner, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed and a double bedroom with whirlpool bathtub and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
A third double bedroom and another bathroom with shower are on the basement.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a direct access to the outside.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, external shower, external kitchen, barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, whirlpool bathtub, cot bed and private car parking place.
