The villa (8+2 beds) consists of two communicating apartments, each of whom has its own independent entrance. The first apartment is on the ground floor and the second one on the first floor. Ground-floor apartment: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, wide living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave oven, freezer, coffee and espresso machine. The apartment directly opens on the garden. The garden is provided with a table, some chairs and a sunshade parasol for those who would like to eat outside. First-floor apartment: 2 bedrooms, one of which is provided with a private bathroom, 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, living room with divan bed sleeping two, terrace with a table and some chairs for meals in the open air.
