Description

The beautiful stone villa is located in Valdichiana, a few kilometres from Sarteano (Siena) and the picturesque villages of Val d'Orcia. Pienza, Castiglione d'Orcia, Montalcino and the other small towns in the valley that UNESCO has declared a World Heritage site are easily reached by car, as well as Abbadia San Salvatore and the thermal resorts of Bagni San Filippo, San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme.
Florence, Arezzo, Siena and other Tuscan cities of art are reached also by train.

The ideal lodging for relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, the villa is part of an estate of about 800 hectares comprising also an 11th-century abbey that can be seen from the house.


The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (12x6 m) lying in the garden that surrounds the building is exclusively reserved to guests.

A covered outdoor area is equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 14 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 5 twin bedrooms, and has 7 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub.
The first floor composes of a living room with fireplace, a room with two French-size beds and private bathroom with shower, a room with a sofa, a loft with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and two twin bedrooms and private bathroom with shower.

The kitchen, the dining room and the living room on the ground floor have a direct access to the garden.
The first floor is accessed both from the outside and the kitchen.
Four of the twin bedrooms can be converted into double bedrooms.
