Description

The villa is located near Civitella in Val di Chiana (Arezzo), in Valdichiana. The building stands in a clearing at the centre of a wood, and overlooks the whole Valdichiana.

The villa is an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo, Cortona, Anghiari and the many towns of Etruscan origin scattered in Valdichiana.
Those who like good food can take advantage of their stay at the villa to taste a Chianina T-bone steak cooked Florentine style.

Just a few kilometres from the villa are also a tennis club and an outlet village that sells high fashion items at keen prices.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a 15,000-square-metre park divided into an olive grove, an orchard and several meadows, where it is not unusual to spot squirrels, roes and other animals that live in the wood. A tree-lined driveway leads to the building.

The private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.10-1.60 m) lies on a natural terrace just a few metres from the villa, and is surrounded by a paved solarium area. The swimming pool is equipped with an external shower.

A paved area in front of the kitchen is furnished for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8+2 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are: the entry loggia, the kitchen, the living room with dining area, a reading room with double sofa bed, the porch leading to the living room and a bathroom with bathtub. A laundry room and a cellar in the basement are connected to the kitchen.
The first floor composes of two double bedrooms that open onto a loggia, a double bedroom with a balcony, a fourth double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
