Description

The beautiful country house is located between Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and Montespertoli, at the border with the Chianti region and a few kilometres from Florence and its monuments.
Its geographical location makes it an excellent solution for visiting the historic centre of the town of the lily, the production area of the celebrated red wine and many other Tuscan towns of tourist interest, such as San Miniato, Siena, Certaldo, Colle Val d'Elsa, Volterra, Pisa and Lucca.

Immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape, the villa is the result of the restoration of an ancient barn.
The house has two levels, both of which are accessed from the outside, and the rooms are furnished in Tuscan style.


The Outdoors

The outdoor space is on two levels.

The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m) on the lower level is accessed from the lawn on the upper one.
A veranda furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco and the barbecue equipment are on the lower level.


Accommodation

The country house is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 2 bathrooms.

The main entrance is on the first level, which is accessed from the garden and composes of a living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor (which is accessed from the level of the swimming pool) are the dining area with the kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The bedroom of the ground floor has a direct access to the outside.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, oven, microwave oven, wood-burning oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
