The beautiful villa is located in Sienese Valdichiana, just a few kilometres from Montepulciano historic centre, and affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the town of Montepulciano.
The property is an excellent departure point for visiting not only the above-mentioned Montepulciano, but also Pienza, Montalcino, Valdorcia, Siena, Arezzo, Florence and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy. Chianciano Terme thermal baths are a few kilometres from the villa and are easily reached by car.
The Outdoors
The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.40 m) lies in the wide and fenced garden that surrounds the house.
A covered terrace is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette.
On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and a toilette.
The first floor composes of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with shower.
Another double bedroom with a private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub is on the second floor.
The twin bedroom on the first floor is accessed also from the outside.
