Villa located on the top the lush green hillside where Chianti Classico is produced, the villa offers a panoramic view of the nearby (1 km) town of San Polo. A little further out (16 km), one may visit the characteristic town of Greve, which serves as the capital of Chianti and is a famous wine production area. The villa, which is completely independent and privately enclosed, is surrounded on all four sides by a private garden housing an impressive array of plants such as olive trees, Lebanese cedars, magnolia trees, mulberry trees and fragrant roses.

For outdoor entertainment you will find a stone barbecue, outdoor eating area and a private swimming pool (12x6 meters) which is uniquely set right into the hill`s terracing. This is the perfect spot for those wishing to spend a vacation in absolute peace. It is also the ideal place for making day trips into the entire Chianti area as well as art cities such as Florence and Siena. Likewise in the vicinity there are numerous excellent Tuscan restaurants and local farms which sell both oil and Chianti wine

Detached house - 9 rooms (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 sofa-bed)
GROUND FLOOR: large entrance hall, living room with a sofa trasformable into 2 beds, dining room, second living room equipped with fireplace, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and oven, 1 small, downstairs bathroom with only WC.
FIRST FLOOR: large landing, living room, 3 double bedrooms (one with baby’s cot), 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 bathroom with shower and tub, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Large, enclosed, private garden. Tastefully furnished to high standards, all rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan style in keeping with the architecture of the house. Modern amenities include television, dishwasher, washing machine and an independent heating system


Where We Are

The villa may be reached by taking a narrow white road which, in places, has a surface which requires one to drive at a slow speed. Please note that San Polo is also equipped with a small grocer’s, a bank, post office and public transportation.
