Description

The small villa stands at the back of the Pisan hills, near the thermal town of Casciana Terme. Pisa, with its famous monuments, Lucca, the beaches of Versilia and the Pisan coast, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and many other Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car.

Though it is situated in a village, the property offers the traditional comforts of a country house: it has a garden and a private swimming pool, and enjoys wonderful views over the surrounding hills.

The house has been recently renovated and the large and bright rooms are furnished in a modern and comfortable style.


The Outdoors

A well-kept garden overlooking the surrounding hills stretches at the front of the house.

The private swimming pool (9x4 m; depth: 1.40 m) is exclusively reserved to guests. An external shower is by the poolside.

A dining area with table, chairs and beach umbrellas is arranged in the garden for guests to have their meals in the open air while admiring the gorgeous panorama.

The living area on the ground floor composes of an open plan living room with dining area and kitchen corner.
A few steps lead to a relaxation area with a bathtub.
Two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower are eight steps above.
Eight more steps lead to a third double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and access to a tiny balcony.

The patio doors of the living area open onto the garden equipped for dining al fresco and to the swimming pool.
