Description

The villa is situated on the hills between Florence and Lucca, just 3 kilometres from the centre of Montecatini Terme. The building is surrounded by olive groves and is just a few kilometres from the famous Montecatini thermal baths.

Close to the villa are the medieval villages of Buggiano Colle, Buggiano Castello and Massa e Cozzile, with its castle.


Accommodation

The villa is divided into two independent apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The ground floor is reserved to guests, who are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool and of all external areas. In case of need, guests can contact the owners of the villa (three adults), who live on the first floor. The first-floor apartment has a separated entry and guests are granted their privacy.

The apartment offers 8 sleeping accommodations in 2 triple bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, and 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are three large bedrooms provided with air conditioning. The large living room features a working fireplace and is furnished with a table sitting up to 20 people. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped.


The Outdoors

In the garden lies a swimming pool reserved to the exclusive use of the guests. A paved terrace is equipped with a barbecue and furnished with table and chairs for groups up to 12 people to have their meals al fresco.

The garden, cultivated with olive trees and hydrageas, is furnished with chairs, tables and sunshades.

The villa is fenced and provided with swimming pool, car park, working fireplace, air conditioning, bed cot, iron, electric oven, barbecue equipment, firewood and hair dryer.

The villa is accessed through a remote-controlled gate.

A bus stop, a bike rental, cafes, tobacconists`, an ice-cream parlour, a newsagent, a video rental, a beauty centre, a baker, a butcher, a fruit shop, a bank and some restaurants are 500 metres from the villa. A supermarket, a hair dresser, the post office, a cinema, a chemist`s and a gym are within 1.5 kilometres.

A riding school organising guided horseback rides is within 500 metres.

Numerous outlet shops are to be found in the vicinity.

The villa is between Florence and Lucca, close to Montecatini Terme, half way from the airports of Florence and Pisa. Collodi, the famous village dedicated to Pinocchio, is within 6 kilometres.
