Description
In origin, the beautiful villa was a barn located in a small ancient hamlet near Montespertoli, in the province of Florence. The barn has been renovated with an eye to maintaining its original architectural features.
The house stands is the heart of the Tuscan countryside and affords a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, covered with olive trees and vines for the production of the celebrated Chianti wine.
The small villa is an excellent departure point for visiting many important Tuscan cities of art: Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and other places of tourist interest are indeed within short driving distance.
The Outdoors
The small villa features a wide private garden furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco in the utmost privacy.
The swimming pool (11x5 m; depth: 1.20-1.60 m) that lies just a few dozen metres from the house is shared with the guests of the other apartments of the hamlet. An outdoor shower is in proximity to the swimming pool.

The small villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 6 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed and has 2 bathrooms.
The ground floor composes of the dining area with a kitchen corner, a living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The dining area is two steps below the living room and has a direct access to the private garden.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, outdoor shower, fireplace/barbecue, satellite TV, oven, freezer, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.

La maison était comme on s'y attendait. Elle était propre. L'environnement était magnifique et le jardin bien entretenu. la seule chose, c'est qu'il y avait beaucoup de guêpes, il y a un nid qu'il faut enlever près d'une fenêtre. (Nous en avons parlé avec la personne que nous avons rencontrée).
