Description

The villa is situated in Monsagrati, a small village in the hills that surround Lucca, just a few kilometres from Lido di Camaiore and the beaches of the Versilia. Other important Tuscan towns, including Pisa, Pistoia, Florence and the Chianti area, are within easy car distance.

The building, which in the origin was the oil-mill of an ancient farm, stands in a 70-hectare estate and develops over two floors, following the slope of the hill which it leans against.

In the rooms of the villa, which has been skilfully renovated with an eye to preserving its original character, rustic style merges with modern design.


The Outdoors

The villa features a wide private garden, furnished with a gazebo provided with lighting system.

About 10 metres from the building lies the swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.20 m) reserved to the exclusive use of the guests. The swimming pool is open from May to mid-October.

The pool side is furnished with deck chairs, sun loungers and sunshades.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building (240 m²) that sleeps 8+2 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of two entries, large kitchen, dining area, living area with fireplace, laundry room with toilette.
On the first floor are two double-bedded rooms (one with a double sofa bed), two twin-bedded rooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The garden is accessed both from the kitchen and the first floor.

The villa is provided with private swimming pool, working fireplace, wireless Internet connection both in the house and in the garden, satellite TV, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes-horse, table-tennis table, wine rack with wine list, safe, uncovered private car park.
