The independent villa is situated in Empoli countryside, just a few kilometres from Cerreto Guidi, between Florence and Pisa. Vinci, the Tuscan town renowned for having given birth to the famous Leonardo - the author of the Mona Lisa and brilliant creator of many futuristic machines -, is within easy reach of the villa.

Thanks to its strategic position in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting Florence, Pisa, Siena and other famous Tuscan tourist destinations.

The garden and the windows of the elegant stone building command the surrounding countryside.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a wide fully fenced garden, where is located the barbecue equipment.

The private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.20-1.80 m) lies about 10 metres from the villa.

A large porch is furnished for having meals al fresco.

The villa sleeps 6+2 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of entry hall, kitchen and a bathroom.
The play room has been transformed into a study with a double sofa bed.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
