Description

The villa (12+1 beds) is situated in panoramic position in Valdisieve, near Florence. The complex composes of an early 20th-century manor house (6+1 beds) that has been completely renovated and a guesthouse (6 beds). The buildings are surrounded by a wide fenced garden. Guests can use the wood-fired oven situated under the loggia. The villa is equipped with Internet connection.


Accommodation

The manor house (3 double bedrooms, 1 single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) spreads out over two floors. On the ground floor there are a wide living room with panoramic view, a kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom, a living/dining room, a single sofa bed and a reading room. On the first floor there are three carefully and elegantly furnished double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The guesthouse (3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is a two-storey building just a few metres from the manor house. The ground floor consists of living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A dozen steps lead to the lower level, composed of kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Both houses feature a private portion of garden equipped with table and chairs for having meals al fresco. In the garden of the guesthouse there is also a whirlpool bathtub sitting four.

It is possibile to rent the whole complex or the two houses individually. In this case, those who rent the main villa are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool and the gym, whereas those who rent the guesthoouse are granted the use of the whirlpool bathtub.


Location

The villa stands near Casale, a small village of Medieval origin situated in the heart of the Tuscan Apennines and surrounded by beech woods and chestnut groves. The village overlooks the valley below. Possibility of hiking along the many trekking paths around the villa. The riding stable of the Parco Nazionale del Falterona (Falterona National Park) is only 10 kilometres from the villa. Situated about 40 kilometres from the structure, Florence historical centre can be easily reach either by car or by train.
