Description

The villa is an ancient building dating back to the early 16th century a few kilometres from Volterra (Pisa), in Val di Cecina. Many Tuscan cities of art, including San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence, are easily reached by car. The beaches of Cecina and the Etruscan coast are just a few dozen kilometres from the property.

In origin a watch-tower, the villa affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.


The Outdoors

A wide garden equipped with table and chairs for dining in the open air surrounds the villa. In the garden there is also a masonry barbecue.

The private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.50 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 10+2 guests in 2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen with dining area and access to the outside, living area with a large table, living room with fireplace and access to the garden, a triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are a triple bedrooms, a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and access to a panoramic balcony and a bathroom with shower.
The mansard room on the second floor is furnished with a double sofa bed and has access to a panoramic balcony.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
