Description

The villa is located in Monteverdi Marittimo, a town in the province of Pisa, in Upper Maremma - Val di Cecina. The beaches of Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo, the wonderful Gulf of Baratti and the other seaside resorts of the Etruscan Coast can be reached with short drives. Bolgheri, Massa Marittima, Suvereto, Populonia and other places of artistic and cultural interest are within a few kilometres of the estate. Several important Tuscan cities of art, including Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa and Siena, are within easy driving distance.

Those who like life in the open air can have wonderful walks and horseback rides in the surrounding countryside and woods.

The restaurants and trattorias in the neighbourhood serve dishes of Maremma traditional cuisine.


The Outdoors

The villa stands in a fully fenced 16,000-square-metre estate and is surrounded by vegetable gardens and olive, cypress and fruit trees.

Surrounded by roses and lavender, the fenced private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m) lies about 50 metres from the house. The pool side is furnished with tables, sunshades, sun loungers and a shower.

A porch and the garden are furnished with tables and chairs for having meals al fresco and relax admiring the stunning panorama.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps up to 12 people in 6 double bedrooms, and has 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
On the ground floor are the equipped kitchen, the living area consisting in four rooms, four bedrooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and a half bathroom.
Two more bedrooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower are on the first floor. One of the two bedrooms has a direct access to a balcony that commands the surrounding countryside.

The villa is provided with fenced swimming pool, air conditioning in three bedrooms, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, oven, microwave oven, American-style coffee maker, moka coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing equipment, cot bed and private car parking place.
A baby-sitter and a maid service are available upon request.
