Description

The villa stands in a 23-hectare estate on the hills that surround Arezzo and has a wonderful view over the town of Arezzo, which every year hosts the famous "Giostra del Saracino" (Saracen Joust). The villa, a peasant house that has been refurbished respecting the traditional Tuscan rural style, is an excellent accommodation for large families and groups of friends. Its warm and cosy rooms and its immense garden are the ideal location for celebrating weddings and special anniversaries.

The property includes a wine bar built according to the principles of bioarchitecture, where guests can taste the dishes of the traditional Tuscan cuisine and the wines produced in the farm.

Arezzo, Florence, Siena and many other more or less renowned tourist towns are within easy driving distance. A tennis club and a riding stable are within a few kilometres from the villa.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide garden equipped with barbecue and a gazebo furnished for having meals al fresco while admiring the stunning panorama.
The private swimming pool (80 sq m; depth: 1.20-1.40 m) that lies about 70 metres from the house is exclusively reserved to guests.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10+2 people in 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and 1 double sofa bed, and has 6 bathrooms.
The villa composes of kitchen, large living room, dining room with fireplace, laundry room, four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (two of them are on the ground floor), a bedroom with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and a further bathroom on the ground floor.
One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is accessible to disabled people.
