Description

The villa (8+3 sleeping accommodations) was built in 1874 near Montespertoli, on the Chianti hills, between Florence and Siena. What originally was the house of the owner of the estate has recently been renovated and furnished with elegance and taste. The building enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. In the distance San Gimignano and San Miniato are to be seen.

The building is surrounded by a 1000 m² fully enclosed garden furnished with tables and chairs for eating al fresco. In the garden are the barbecue equipment and the swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers.

Around the villa stretch numerous trekking routes.


Accommodation

The structure (4 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and single armchair bed and 3 bathrooms) composes of the villa and a small annex.

The villa is a two-storey building with large rooms, terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings.
The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, large hall, small sitting room and living room decorated with frescoes. The kitchen opens onto the garden and the veranda, furnished with sofas, armchairs and table football table.
On the first floor are a living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, a large kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hydromassage and 1 bathroom with shower. A single armchair bed is in one of the bedrooms.

The annex is a bedsit with kitchenette, double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
