Description

The villa is situated in Lucignano, a small town of medieval origin in Valdichiana. Arezzo , Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangelo, Anghiari, Siena , Montepulciano and Florence are within easy driving distance. A golf club, a riding stable, some tennis courts and the thermal establishments of Rapolano Terme are within a few kilometres of the villa.

Built in the 19th century, the villa stands atop a hill and affords a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.


The Outdoors

Just a few metres from the building lies the private swimming pool (9x6 m; depth: 1.20-1.80 m), equipped with sun loungers for guests to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

In the garden that surrounds the villa are also a hut with the barbecue equipment and a gazebo with a table for having meals al fresco.
