Description
The typical Tuscan house stands in panoramic position on the hills of the Valdichiana region. The building is situated 1 kilometre from the historical centre of the medieval town of Monte San Savino. In the olive grove that surrounds the house lies the swimming pool.
Accommodation
The house (200 m² - 6+2 sleeping accommodations) spreads out over two storeys and composes of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, one of which is on the ground floor and has a canopied bed and one is on the first floor and is furnished with a sofa bed. Both living rooms feature a working fireplace.
Ground floor: living room with canopied bed, equipped kitchen, cellar, 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: bathroom with bathtub, 2 double-bedded rooms, small storeroom, living room with sofa bed. The first floor features also an external entrance with a small terrace.

The house is provided with garden with barbecue and swimming pool at the guests` exclusive disposal (10x5 m) with panoramic view of Monte San Savino and Valdichiana countryside, cot bed, DVD player, two working fireplaces, satellite TV, CD player, washing machine and electric oven. At guests` disposal: bicycles and car park. Heating and the wood for the fireplaces are included in the rental price. Whirlpool bathtub in the garden.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in this lovely villa with fantastic views and private pool. All well appointed and comfortable. Be warned it does get quite windy up on the hill! It is easy to walk into Monte San Savino - but quite a climb on the way back! Lots of interesting places to explore by car - we went to Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano, Florence, Lucignano and more. The owners are next door and are really friendly, welcoming and helpful providing loads of plums from their tree and wood for the pizza oven. We would recommend this villa for a family holiday and would like to say a big thank you to Fabiane and Daniele for doing all they did for us. (However, look out for the hidden costs for cleaning, wifi and electricity.)
