The building stands in panoramic position on a hill in the countryside around Empoli and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding fields. The villa is surrounded by a wide park; some olive trees border the swimming pool (6x12 m), supplied with sunloungers, tables, chairs and sunshades for spending pleasant hours under the Tuscan sun. Provided with all comforts (satellite TV in every room, dishwasher, heating system, barbecue equipment and safe), the villa is an excellent starting point for trips to many important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra, and to less renowned small centres, such as Vinci - Leonardo`s birthplace -, Certaldo - where Giovanni Boccaccio was born - and Montelupo Fiorentino - the town of pottery -, which are all within easy car distance.

The villa (4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 7 bathrooms) is composed of a barn (Fienile) and a two-storey detached house (Terratetto), covering a total surface of 200 m².

The Fienile (2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 4 bathrooms) spreads out over two floors. The ground floor is composed of a large living room with kitchenette, laundry, 1 single bedroom with supplementary bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom. The first floor is composed of 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Possibility of adding a small bed for children in the bedroom on the first floor.

The ground floor of the two-storey Terratetto (2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) composes of kitchen, large living/dining room, laundry and 1 bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower.
