The villa stands in panoramic position atop a hill into the foothills of the Apuan Alps, in proximity of the small village of Pieve di Camaiore, in Versilia, just a few kilometres from the sea.

Thanks to its hilly position, the area enjoys a particularly pleasant climate during the summer.

An ideal lodging for holidays in the utmost privacy and peace, the villa is surrounded by a wide garden.

The villa is furnished with a mixture of contemporary pieces and antiques.

Due to its geographic position, the villa is an excellent starting point for one-day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre and, especially dedicated to mountain lovers, Garfagnana.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a garden provided with outdoor shower, table, chairs and sun loungers for basking in the sun in the utmost privacy. A wonderful private swimming pool lies about 10 metres from the house.

A wood-burning oven for pizzas and barbecues is on the terrace close to the kitchen.


Accommodation

The villa (about 200 square metres) sleeps 8+2 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms.

The three-level building is built against the hill and follows the slope.

On the lower level are a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This level has direct access to the garden.

The main level composes of fully equipped eat-in kitchen; wide living room with three sofas (one can be opened into a double bed), fireplace, game table and satellite TV; a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The upper level composes of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.


Facilities

The villa is provided with private swimming pool (8.50 x 5 m; depth: 1.10 m), air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, DVD player, CD player, telephone, heating system, fans, cot bed and high chair, oven, microwave oven, toaster, American-style coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryer (available upon request), uncovered car park.

Pets are welcome upon request.

A grocer`s and some restaurants are in Pieve di Camaiore (1.5 km); shops and services of any kind, including supermarket, banks, post office and chemist`s, are in Camaiore (3 km).

In Camaiore is a tennis club as well. Golf club in Pietrasanta (18 km), riding stables in Viareggio (18 km), SPA in Lido di Camaiore (9 km).

The nearest railway station is in Viareggio.
