Description

The cosy house is a portion of a villa completely independent from the rest of the property. It is situated near Vinci - the home town of the ingenious Leonardo - in the countryside between Florence and Empoli.

Its strategic position in the heart of Tuscany makes the villa an excellent departure point for one-day jaunts to the most important cities of art in the region: Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia and Siena are within easy driving distance, as well as other tourist destinations, such as Volterra and San Gimignano. Florence historic centre is easily reached by bus.


The Outdoors

The private garden that surrounds the building is furnished with table and chairs for guests to have their meals in the open air while admiring the wonderful countryside.

A few metres from the house lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.20 m), exclusively reserved to guests. An external shower stands by the poolside.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 5 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining area, and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
