Description

The villa is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse located in a very peaceful area of Chianti Classico, near Siena and a few dozen kilometres from Florence. Standing in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting the whole Chianti area, above-mentioned Siena and Florence and other important cities of art of the region, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and Colle Val d'Elsa.

The villa stands at the centre of a 220-hectare farming estate. Guests will have the opportunity to taste wines and to purchase the olive oil and the wine produced in the farm.

The house furnished in the cosy Tuscan rustic style is divided into two independent apartments connected by an internal staircase and a small door on the ground floor.

The villa affords a beautiful view the surrounding countryside.


The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (5.5x11 m; maximum depth: 2 m) in the garden that surrounds the villa is exclusively reserved to guests.

A covered terrace accessed from the living room on the ground floor is furnished for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 16 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms and has 7 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are a large living room with dining area, the kitchen corner, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with bathtub, a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
The first floor composes of two small living rooms with fireplace, a small TV room, a large kitchen with dining area, three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and four bathrooms (one with a washing machine).

Wine tasting events are organised upon request.
The wine and olive oil produced in the farm are available for guests to purchase.
