The small and charming villa is situated close to Cortona (Arezzo), in Valdichiana.

The villa is an excellent accommodation for those who would like to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, but also for culture lovers: Cortona, Arezzo, Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo, Sansepolcro, Florence, Siena and many other tourist destinations in central Italy are within short driving distance for peaceful one-day trips at the discovery of the many treasures of Tuscan and Umbrian art. Lake Trasimeno is a few kilometres from the estate.

The building dating back to the 17th century features elements typical of the Tuscan style, including terracotta-tiled floors, brick arches and exposed beam ceilings.


The Outdoors

In the garden that surrounds the small villa are the private swimming pool (8x4 m) and the barbecue equipment.

A veranda is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.
