Description

The villa is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse situated near Montalcino (Siena), the town in Val d'Orcia home to the celebrated Brunello wine.

The elegant stone building is set in a peaceful place and affords a wonderful view of the nearby town of Montalcino and the surrounding hills.

The villa has been carefully renovated and furnished mostly with antique pieces.


The Outdoors

In the well-tended, fully fenced garden that surrounds the villa guests will find the private swimming pool (5x9 m; depth: 1.20 m) and a barbecue area.

A porch accessed both from the dining and the living room is furnished for outdoor dining.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 7 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room and a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with TV set and ensuite bathroom with shower), a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
