Description

The villa is part of a farm situated in the heart of Chianti Classico, a few kilometres from Castellina in Chianti, between Siena and Florence. The estate comprises also olive groves and vineyards for the production of olive oil and wine that guests can taste and purchase.

The villa is the ideal lodging for relaxing holidays in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and an excellent departure point for visiting the charming Chianti villages and important Tuscan cities of art, such as Siena, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Colle Val d'Elsa.


The Outdoors

The garden around the villa is furnished for having meals al fresco.

Situated at a lower level than the house, the private swimming pool (13x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) affords wonderful views of the valley below.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 2 single sofa beds and has 6 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining area, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom with shower.
The first floor is accessed both from the dining area and the living room. The part accessed from the dining area consists of a suite with a living area with a single sofa bed and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower. The part accessed from the living room composes of a suite with living area with a single sofa bed and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
