Description

Pretty and cosy cottage (6 sleeping accommodations) situated in the municipality of Montaione, not far from Empoli and from other Tuscan art treasures, such as Certaldo - where Giovanni Boccaccio was born -, Montelupo Fiorentino - the town of ceramics - and Vinci - Leonardo`s birthplace. Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena are within easy reach, as well. The building is in the typical Tuscan rustic style and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The swimming pool and the barbecue equipment in the garden are at guests` disposal. Nature lovers can hike along the numerous pathways that surround the estate. Small animals are welcome.


Accommodation

The villa (3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) spreads out over two floors, with the main floor higher than the ground. Both floors have independent entrances. The main floor composes of living room with stone fireplace and kitchenette equipped with four-plate cooker, oven, fridge, chafing-dish and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. The lower floor is divided into 1 double bedroom with small kitchenette and 1 bathroom.
