The villa is a welcoming country house located on the hills of Chianti, between Certaldo and San Gimignano. Being located in a particularly peaceful area at the centre of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent accommodation for peaceful holidays in close contact with nature and at the same time for visiting all of the major cities of art of the region: Florence, Pisa, Siena, the whole Chianti region and Lucca are within short driving distance.
Next to the recently renovated house furnished with good taste stands a small outbuilding.
The Outdoors
A wide garden stretches around the buildings. In the garden are the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) provided with an outdoor shower and a small pond.
The covered terrace that gives access to the main house is furnished with table and chairs for dining outdoor. The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

The main villa is a one-storey building that sleeps 4 guests in 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and has 2 bathrooms.
In details, the house composes of a dining area with kitchen corner, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with shower but without bidet.
The outbuilding adjacent to the main house sleeps 2 guests and consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, fireplace, fans, Internet connection, satellite TV, oven, microwave oven, freezer, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
