Description

The villa is situated on the hills that surround Montepulciano, in the heart of Sienese Valdichiana, and affords a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside.

The villa is an ancient farmhouse that has been renovated with an eye to preserve unaltered some typical elements of the rustic Tuscan style, such as the terracotta-tiled floors, the beamed ceilings and the brick arches.

The ideal accommodation for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, the villa is also an excellent departure point for one-day jaunts to Siena, the Crete Senesi region, Montalcino, San Gimignano, the Chianti district, Florence and many other Tuscan cities of art. Nature lovers can visit the Nature Reserve of the Lake of Montepulciano and the Natural Protected Area of the Lake of Chiusi. In proximity to the villa are also Chianciano Terme thermal baths.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide garden dotted with rosemary and lavender bushes, as well as with cypress, pine, olive and fruit trees.

The private swimming pool /12x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) a few metres from the building is equipped with chairs and sun lounges. The annex close to the swimming pool houses a large bathroom with shower.

The veranda is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 14 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a fireplace and a double bedroom with direct access to the veranda.
The first floor composes of three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and two bathrooms with shower.

A back door gives access to another wing of the building, consisting of a living room with kitchenette on the ground floor, and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.
