Description

The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) is a recently renovated farmhouse immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, a few hundreds of metres away from the little Medieval village of Lucignano. The building is surrounded by a gorgeous garden commanding the wonderful Valdichiana. In a secluded part of the wide garden there are the large swimming pool and a solarium area; just a few steps away there are also changing rooms, a toilet and a shower. Near the swimming pool there is a gazebo with barbecue equipment. With its magnificent trees and flower-beds the garden is the ideal place where to relax and lie in the sun during the summer or where to eat under the furnished pergola. Furnished in the typical Tuscan rustic style, the villa features terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings and is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, oven, dish washer, washing machine). Upon request: a chef will cook Tuscan dishes. The villa is an excellent starting point for visiting many important Tuscan cities of art, such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona, Siena and Florence. Accommodation

Internal and external stairs connect the three storeys of the villa (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms + 1 external bathroom near the swimming pool). On the ground floor there are the fully equipped kitchen, furnished with a 8-seater table, a wide dayroom with fireplace divided into living and dining areas, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are a second living room with fireplace and independent entrance from outside and 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. A fifth twin-bedded room is on the attic. All bedrooms have satellite TV and ceiling fan. The living room on the ground floor opens to the lawn terrace furnished with table and benches for dining in the open air.
