The villa is on the hills of southern Tuscany, a few kilometres from Sarteano, in the province of Siena.

Surrounded by Val d'Orcia forests, the villa is an excellent solution for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy. The 11th-century abbey of Spineto is near the property.

Abbadia San Salvatore, Pienza, Montalcino, Siena, the thermal towns of Bagni San Filippo, San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme are within easy driving distance. Florence and Arezzo are easily reached by train from Chiusi Scalo railway station.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide garden affording wonderful views of the encompassing countryside.

The private swimming pool (12 x6 m) a few metres from the house is exclusively reserved to guests.

The garden is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 14 guests in 1 double bedroom and 6 twin bedrooms, and has 7 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a large living room, the dining room, a room with two French-size beds and private bathroom with shower and a room with two single beds and private bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, two rooms with two single beds and private bathroom with shower and two rooms with two French-size beds and private bathroom with shower.

The outbuilding next to the dining room features a large living room with a big fireplace and a breathtaking view of the hills of Val d'Orcia.
