Description

Situated in Valdinievole, on the hills of Montalbano, the villa (18 sleeping accommodations) is immersed in the green olive groves constituting the typical Tuscan landscape. The villa stands in panoramic position and overlooks the valley below, the feudal castle of Larciano nearby and the nature reserve "Padule di Fucecchio". Made up of three apartments provided with all comforts (satellite TV, heating system, washing machine), the villa is surrounded by a wide garden furnished with table, chairs, sunshades and a gazebo, where there are the swimming pool and the barbecue equipment, which are at guests` disposal. The villa is the ideal accommodation for nature lovers, who can hike or mountain bike along the numerous surrounding nature trails, but also for those who prefer cultural holidays: the structure lies in the heart of Tuscany and is an excellent starting point for visiting many important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence, Prato, Pisa, Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Lucca and Volterra. During the olive harvest season, in November and December, guests can visit an oil-mill and taste the famous Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil. In the neighbourhood of the villa there are some tennis courts, a golf course and a lake for sport fishing. The famous spas of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme are just a few kilometres from the villa.

The villa (6 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 triple bedroom + double sofa bed and additional single bed and 5 bathrooms) composes of three apartments. In total there are two kitchens, one living room with satellite TV, one living room with fireplace and wood-fired oven, one living room with double sofa bed, one living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 6 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 room with a single bed and a French-size bed, 5 bathrooms, veranda and solarium terrace. Possibility of adding a single bed in one of the double bedrooms.
