The villa is located near Monte San Savino, a village in Valdichiana between Arezzo and Cortona. Thus, thanks to its geographical position, it is an excellent solution for those who want to visit the most important tourist destinations in southern Tuscany - the already mentioned Arezzo and Cortona, but also Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano and the thermal towns of Rapolano Terme and Chianciano Terme - and in central Italy.

The rooms with terracotta-tiled and wooden floors are welcoming and nicely furnished.


The Outdoors

A fully fenced and well-kept garden equipped with a wooden gazebo, the private swimming pool (56 m²; depth: 1.20-1.80 m) and a barbecue stretches around the house.

A covered terrace is furnished with a table and some chairs for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 9 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with French bed and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the mezzanine ground floor are the entrance hall with a piano, the kitchen, a living room with fireplace and dining area, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a French bed and two bathrooms with shower.

The first floor composes of a small living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with access to a panoramic balcony and a bathroom with shower.
