Description

The imposing 18th-century villa stands on the hills of Lower Valdarno, near San Miniato, in the province of Pisa.

Immersed in the green olive groves and vineyards that are part of the property, the villa affords wonderful views of the surrounding hills and is also an excellent accommodation for relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

The building has been recently renovated merging the original architectural features with modern comforts.

Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena and many other Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car.


The Outdoors

A wide park with a barbecue area surrounds the villa.

A dining area with tables and chairs is in front of the building for guests to have their meals in the open air.

A large swimming pool (18x9 m; depth: 1.40 m) and swimming pool for children (6x6 m; depth: 0.5 m) are set on a natural terrace about 50 metres from the villa and surrounded by a lawn with deck chairs and parasols. Both swimming pools are exclusively reserved to guests.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 22 guests in 7 double bedrooms, 2 triple bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 10 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the living room, a dining room with a big fireplace and a second dining area. The kitchen with direct access to the garden is a step below, whereas a half bathroom is two steps below.
The first floor composes of three double bedrooms with their own private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with access to a panoramic terrace, a twin bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor are three double bedrooms with their own private bathroom with shower and two triple bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms on the second floor are air conditioned.

The villa is equipped with large swimming pool, children's swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo system, Internet connection, oven, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds, high chairs and private car parking area.
A domestic help is available upon request.
