Description

The elegant villa is located near Impruneta, just a few kilometres south of Florence and its historic centre.

The villa set in panoramic location in the heart of Florentine Chianti is the ideal accommodation for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and at the same time an excellent departure point for one-day jaunts at the discovery of the many picturesque Chianti villages and the artistic beauties of Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa and many other Tuscan cities. Staying at the villa, guests will have the opportunity to visit the many nearby wineries and taste the famous Chianti DOCG wine and the delicious traditional dishes of the local cuisine.

The stone building has been recently renovated and is furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style.


The Outdoors

The well-kept garden that surrounds the villa is furnished with tables, deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols for relaxing and dining in the open air.

The private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.40 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

A whirlpool bathtub sitting seven is set under a gazebo.

The barbecue equipment, a children's playground, a table-football table and a small billiard table are at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds and has 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette.

On the ground floor are the well-equipped kitchen with the dining area, a living room with two double sofa bed and a toilette.
The sleeping area is on the first floor, which composes of a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and another bathroom with shower.
On the second floor is a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub.
