The elegant and modern villa is situated in a residential area in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, near Empoli and just a few kilometres from Florence and its monuments. Thanks to its strategic position at the centre of the region, the villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo, Siena, the Chianti district and many other important Tuscan cities of art, all easily reached by car and train.

The Outdoors

A wide and well-tended garden with the private swimming pool (15x7 m; depth: 0.60-1.50 m) stretches around the building. Both the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved to guests.

A beautiful and large loggia is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen and a living room with dining area and fireplace.
From the living room, five steps lead to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and shower, a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
