Description

The beautiful villa is the result of the restoration of an ancient oil mill located in the heart of Tuscany, in Montelupo Fiorentino, just a few kilometres from Florence and its famous monuments.

The building is surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves of the farm. Guided tours of the farm cellars and tastings of the oil and wine produced in the farm are organised upon request.

The villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in the peaceful countryside, who can have wonderful walks in the estate, but also for art lovers: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Vinci, Certaldo, Volterra and other places of tourist interest are within short driving distance.

The owners live near the property and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

A wide panoramic garden stretches around the villa. There lies the private swimming pool (4x11 m; depth: 1.80 m).

The garden affords a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building furnished in Tuscan rustic style that sleeps 16+2 guests in 8 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 8 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the entry hall with fireplace, the living area consisting of a living room with kitchen corner, and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of six double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. A small kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower are seven steps below.
A small apartment consisting of entrance, dining room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower is accessed from the outside.

The bedroom in the small apartment has a direct access to the outside.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, fireplace, ceiling fans, telephone, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, electric burner, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, safe, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
Some mountain bikes are for rent.
Guided tours of the farm cellars, tastings of the produce of the farm and walks in the estate are organised upon request.
